Foodbear application for childeren

FOODBEAR
During the course Design Entrepreneurship, my team and I aimed to define a business strategy and growth plan for Foodbear; a product and service that helps children eat healthier. The product is an app that allows children to learn about healthy food. Next to the product, we also conceptualized the idea of a service that educates parents on healthy food.

Learning Points
Apart from working with new strategic business frameworks such as the growth map and the power-interest matrix, I also learned that, when measuring impact, it is super important to first define what success looks like and how to achieve it. Also, when measuring the impact of your value-creating ideas, you first need to clearly state the situation before the introduction of your value proposition.
Moreover, I learned the importance of collaboration with other people/organizations/companies to achieve a goal and make a business work. I now understand that I can build upon a network of partners to create additional value and get the support needed to further develop value-creating activities. Building on this learning point, I speculated potential partners for my FMP project create additional value
